I recommend f.lux. It’s a free download and automatically starts gradually shifting your computer screen’s colors as it gets nighttime. Also, on Apple computers, you can turn “night shift” on and it does the same. Since using these, I’ve noticed a change in my ability to fall asleep quicker.
